Staffmark Group in Breinigsville, PA is hiring a Hoist Operator to move pallets and manage warehouse equipment. This full-time, on-site role offers shift options and weekly pay. Training will be provided for day shift.

You will operate forklifts, hoists, cherry pickers and electric pallet jacks, load and unload shipments, and ensure safety and accuracy while supporting inventory and shipping deadlines. Requires at least 1 year of forklift/hoist experience, ability to read and follow safety

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience operating forklifts, hoists, electric pallet jacks and handling shipments.
• Comfortable working at heights while operating warehouse equipment.
• Ability to read, speak, and understand English for safety and operational purposes.
• Must wear steel-toe boots and follow all safety requirements.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organization.
• Ability to lift, move, and handle materials safely.
• Reliable attendance and ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and prepare printed materials for shipment.
• Operate cherry pickers, forklifts, hoists, and electric pallet jacks to move products throughout the warehouse.
• Process and handle shipments accurately and efficiently.
• Load, unload, stage, and transport materials to designated warehouse locations.
• Verify product quantities and ensure order accuracy.
• Follow all warehouse safety procedures and equipment operating guidelines.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Assist with inventory movement and general warehouse operations as needed.
• Inspect equipment before use and report any maintenance or safety concerns.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet productivity and shipping deadlines.

Location: Breinigsville, PA

Pay Rate: $19.00 per hour

Shift Options: 12 PM-8 PM or 2 PM-10 PM | Monday-Friday | 1 Week Training on Day Shift 10 AM-6 PM
