Staffmark Group in Martinsburg, WV is seeking a Forklift Operator to move freight with a Reach Truck, load and stage materials, and ensure inventory accuracy in a fast-paced warehouse.

This full-time role runs Monday through Friday with 1st-3rd shift options. Pay is $18.00 per hour. Candidates must have Reach Truck experience and valid forklift certification; HS diploma preferred. PPE and safety rules are required.

Responsibilities

• Operate a Reach Truck to move, load, unload, transport, and stage materials throughout the warehouse and production areas.
• Inspect loads for accuracy and safely transport products to designated locations.
• Load and unload pallets, skids, and materials while maintaining inventory accuracy.
• Support production and distribution operations by supplying materials as needed.
• Follow SOPs, safety procedures, and PPE requirements at all times.
• Report equipment, maintenance, or safety concerns promptly.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Perform additional warehouse and material handling duties as assigned.

Requirements
