Location: Greencastle, PA

Pay Rate: $20.25 per hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 4:30 AM - 12:30 PM, with overtime as needed.

Job Duties

• Operate a stand-up reach truck/forklift in a safe and efficient manner.
• Load, unload, move, stack, and stage products throughout the warehouse.

Education Requirements

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 1-2 years of stand-up reach forklift experience required; 2+ years preferred.
• Experience operating stand-up reach trucks, forklifts, and other material handling equipment.
• Experience using RF scanners and warehouse management systems preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, inventory accuracy, and organizational skills.
• Reliable attendance, punctuality, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.
• Frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, and material handling throughout the shift.
• Comfortable working in a refrigerated/cold-storage warehouse environment for extended periods.
• Must provide and wear steel-toe boots; all other required PPE is supplied.
• Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment while meeting productivity standards.
