This job requires the Twin Peaks Heart of House Line Cook to prepare best-in-class food for every Twin Peaks guest. Each HOH team member is expected to meet high standards of discipline, ensuring 100% Food Quality, Sanitation, and Safety.

The Uniform
  • Wear a clean TP black hat facing forward at all times, with the brim never bent.
  • Keep hair clean and tucked underneath the TP hat.
  • Maintain a clean-shaven face; beards and mustaches are allowed but must be well-maintained.
  • Keep fingernails trimmed.
  • Jewelry is not permitted on ears, face, neck, or wrists.
  • No headphones or earbuds allowed.
  • Wear a clean, non-faded, and wrinkle-free TP kitchen shirt tucked in.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Adhere to uniform standards.
  • Follow prep and line build recipes accurately.
  • Check the quality of ingredients.
  • Maintain clean and organized stations and equipment.
  • Follow HOH standards, safety, and sanitation requirements at all times.
  • Work effectively as part of a team.
  • Use tablets or computers for training purposes.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a Line Cook.
  • Ability to communicate in English, understanding prep recipes and procedures.
Additional Requirements
  • Attend orientation and agree to policies and procedures outlined in the HOH training.
  • Complete HOH training before working unsupervised.
  • Complete any other required training per local and state regulations, including food and alcohol service certifications.
Physical Demands

Must be able to stand, walk, handle objects, and communicate effectively. Occasionally lift up to 15 pounds. Vision and sensory abilities required include close vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and focus.

Work Environment

Exposure to kitchen fumes, airborne particles, humidity, cleaning chemicals, and possibly cigarette or cigar smoke in smoking sections. Reasonable accommodations can be made for individuals with disabilities.
