Job Description: Heart of House Line Cook
General Purpose of the Job

This role requires the Twin Peaks Heart of House Line Cook to prepare high-quality food for guests. The position demands adherence to strict standards of food quality, sanitation, and safety.

The Uniform
  • Wear a clean TP black hat facing forward at all times.
  • Keep hair clean and tucked underneath the hat.
  • Maintain a clean-shaven face; beards and mustaches must be groomed.
  • Keep fingernails trimmed.
  • Jewelry is not allowed on ears, face, neck, or wrists.
  • No headphones or earbuds during shifts.
  • Wear a clean, non-faded, and wrinkle-free TP kitchen shirt tucked in.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Adhere to uniform standards.
  • Follow prep and line build recipes accurately.
  • Check the quality of ingredients.
  • Maintain clean and organized stations and equipment.
  • Follow all safety and sanitation standards.
  • Work effectively as part of a team.
  • Use tablets or computers for training as needed.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by management.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a Line Cook.
  • Ability to communicate in English and understand recipes and procedures.
Additional Requirements
  • Attend orientation and complete all required training, including the HOH training program.
  • Comply with local and state food and alcohol service regulations.
Physical Demands

Must be able to stand, walk, handle objects, and communicate effectively. Occasionally lift up to 15 pounds. Vision and other sensory abilities must be sufficient to perform job functions.

Work Environment

Exposure to kitchen fumes, humid conditions, cleaning chemicals, and possibly cigarette smoke in some locations. Reasonable accommodations are available for individuals with disabilities.
