TWIN PEAKS JOB DESCRIPTION: HEART OF HOUSE LINE COOK
GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB

This job requires the Twin Peaks Heart of House Line Cook to prepare best-in-class food for every Twin Peaks guest. Each HOH team member is held to high standards and discipline to ensure 100% Food Quality, Sanitation & Safety.

THE UNIFORM
  • Clean TP black hat facing forward at all times. Brim never bent.
  • Hair must be kept clean and underneath the TP hat.
  • Clean shaven. Beards & mustaches are allowed but must be maintained.
  • Fingernails must be trimmed.
  • Jewelry is not allowed in ears, face, around the neck or wrists.
  • Headphones or earbuds are not permitted.
  • Clean, non-faded/wrinkled TP kitchen shirt tucked in.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Adhere to uniform standards.
  • Follow prep and line build recipes.
  • Check the quality of ingredients.
  • Maintain clean and organized stations and equipment.
  • Ensure HOH standards, safety, and sanitation requirements are followed at all times.
  • Work effectively as part of a team.
  • Train using tablets or computers.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Education and Experience

Proven experience as a Line Cook.

Language Skills

Ability to communicate in English and understand prep recipes and line procedures.

Reasoning Ability

Ability to follow simple instructions and handle standardized situations.

Certificates, Licenses, and Registrations

Attend orientation, complete HOH training, and obtain any required local or state certifications.

Physical Demands

Must be able to stand, walk, handle objects, and occasionally lift up to 15 pounds. Visual and sensory abilities required for the role.

Work Environment

Exposure to kitchen fumes, humid conditions, cleaning chemicals, and possibly smoke. Reasonable accommodations available for disabilities.
