Job summary

Action Property Management invites a motivated Full-time Resident Services Coordinator to join the Jess Ranch community in Apple Valley, CA. You will be the primary contact for residents, handle inquiries, access systems, and coordinate events.

This role supports the Community Manager, assists with administrative tasks, and ensures smooth day-to-day operations, with a schedule Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and a pay rate of $24 per hour.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in property management, customer service, or HOA administration.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software.
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Be able to pass a background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to residents and manage inquiries and maintenance requests.
• Maintain the community access system and resident records.
• Coordinate common area reservations and event logistics.
• Conduct daily property inspections and generate work orders.
• Support the Community Manager with administrative tasks.
• Assist with board packets, meeting materials, and communications.
• Handle move-in/move-out procedures and liaise with vendors.
• Ensure effective communication between residents and management.
