Job summary

Sun Valley Resort is seeking an Employee Housing Coordinator to support the housing office and property management operations. The role serves as the main contact for residents, handles check-ins/outs, inspections, and maintenance requests, and ensures housing is safe, clean, and compliant. This full-time position runs from 5:00 p.m.

to 1:00 a.m. You will manage office paperwork, coordinate with maintenance and vendors, assist with events, monitor notices, and help develop housing policies.

Qualifications

• Prior hospitality or property management experience required.
• Must read, write, and communicate in English.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and computer systems.
• Valid U.S. driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Assist housing office with check-ins/outs and inspections.
• Maintain paperwork, spreadsheets, and data accuracy.
• Coordinate maintenance requests and service with vendors.
• Support residents and respond to emergencies with Housing Manager.
• Plan and implement housing policies and events.
• Monitor bulletin boards and communications.
• Manage keys inventory and lost key reports.
• Collaborate with HR and security as needed.
• Report issues daily to Housing Manager.
