Responsibilities

• Provide oversight and direction to coordinators for landscape, inspections and work orders.
• Oversee violation and architectural review processes; manage vendor performance.
• Prepare weekly/monthly reports and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Lead HR activities, payroll reviews and staff evaluations.
• Maintain community databases and assist with contract renewals and renewals.
