Job summary

FirstService Residential is seeking a Community Association Manager for Latitude Margaritaville Hilton Head in Hilton Head Island, SC, to oversee HOA operations with the Community General Manager and department managers. You will maintain the property, manage a diverse team, and ensure adherence to company objectives and standards.

Responsibilities include budget preparation, vendor management, inspections, and HOA governance, with emphasis on effective communication with residents and board

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field with five years of Community Association experience.
• Experience managing budgets and vendor contracts.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Knowledge of landscape and irrigation concepts is a plus.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight to the Community Appearance Coordinator for landscaping and warranty work orders.
• Perform regular property inspections with maintenance teams.
• Oversee work orders, timeliness, and communication with homeowners.
• Manage violation and architectural review processes.
• Ensure amenities meet high standards and assist janitorial scheduling.
• Coordinate vendor contracts and monthly reporting.
• Lead meetings with managers and board for updates.
