Job summary

Minto Communities USA is seeking a Director of Community Development at Latitude Margaritaville Hilton Head (Hardeeville, SC). You will lead land development, entitlements, budgeting, scheduling, and construction oversight for a master‑planned community, coordinating with engineers, regulators, and internal teams to meet schedule, budget, and quality standards.

In this role you’ll manage multi‑phase budgets, partner with permitting authorities, and guide amenities, sales centers, and HOA

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Planning, Landscape Architecture, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of progressively responsible experience in residential land development or related disciplines.
• Experience managing master-planned communities and overseeing multiple phases of development.

Responsibilities

• Lead land development planning, entitlement, permitting, engineering design, and development for the assigned community.
• Develop and manage multi‑phase development budgets, schedules, and forecasts.
• Coordinate with regulatory agencies, consultants, and internal teams to ensure timely project delivery.
