Job summary

The Management Trust is seeking a Compliance Administrator (Driver) in Irvine, CA to perform in-person inspections of HOA properties and ensure adherence to CC&Rs and regulations. You will manage schedules, document findings, and escalate issues to management, using our proprietary software.

Requirements include a minimum of 2 years' experience, strong time management, and reliable transportation. Salary is hourly with mileage reimbursement; standard weekday hours.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of work experience.
• Meet deadlines and address time-sensitive issues.
• Provide high-level customer service with attention to detail.
• Must be a team player and self-manage tasks.
• Willing to learn Company processes and proprietary software.
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Complete in-person inspections for HOA rules adherence.
• Manage inspection schedule based on contracted frequency.
• Review common areas and escalate concerns to management.
• Use company software to track inspections and escalations.
• Escalate questions needing secondary review as applicable.
• Perform 60–100 inspections per month across assigned units.
• Complete escrow inspections within 7 business days.
• Communicate with staff and homeowners regarding compliance.
• Other duties and special projects as assigned.
