Job summary

Juniper Landscaping seeks a Dedicated Customer Care Representative for our Kissimmee community office. You will support our Customer Care team by answering questions, solving problems, educating customers, and upholding the company’s reputation.

Responsibilities include handling service requests, fielding calls and emails, ensuring homeowner satisfaction, coordinating with HOA management, and assisting with proposals and scheduling.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience in a customer service-related role.
• Basic landscaping industry knowledge.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to foster and maintain relationships.
• Organizational skills with the ability to manage numerous projects and priorities at once.
• Positive, service-oriented attitude.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and sometimes high-pressure environment.
• Basic computer skills, including MS Office, and excellent phone disposition.
• Willingness to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Review, assign, and reply to customer service requests and maintain the service request system.
• Field incoming phone calls and emails, and respond to customers using various forms of communication.
• Ensure HOA homeowners are satisfied by providing excellent customer service and information to resolve issues.
• Communicate with HOA Management and maintain a strong customer service relationship.
• Participate in weekly meetings with Juniper Account Managers and Customer Service Director.
• Assist with creating proposals and maintaining HOA proposal spreadsheets.
• Follow up on past due payments and maintain HOA management spreadsheets.
• Schedule appointments with owners and Account/Irrigation Managers.
• Maintain a shared calendar of HOA replacement/enhancement schedules.
• Perform other relevant duties as assigned.
