Job summary

Juniper is seeking a Dedicated Customer Care Representative for our community office in Kissimmee, FL. This role supports the Customer Care team by answering questions, solving problems, and educating customers while upholding the company’s reputation.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years in customer service, basic landscaping knowledge, and strong communication skills. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus; ability to manage multiple projects is essential.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Review, assign, and reply to all customer service requests, and maintain the service request system.
• Field incoming phone calls and emails, and respond to customers using various forms of communication.
• Ensure HOA homeowner satisfaction by providing excellent customer service and information to resolve any issues.
• Communicate and meet with HOA Management and maintain a strong customer service relationship.
• Participate in weekly meetings with Juniper Account Managers and Customer Service Director.
• Assist with creating proposals and maintaining HOA proposal spreadsheet.
• Follow up on payments that are past due.
• Maintain inspection spreadsheet for HOA management.
• Schedule appointments with owners and Account/Irrigation Managers.
• Maintain a shared calendar of HOA replacement/enhancement schedules, as requested.
• Perform other relevant duties as assigned.

This position is part of our Customer Care team providing top-notch service to our customers by answering questions, solving problems, providing education, and maintaining the company’s reputation.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure Homeowner satisfaction by providing excellent customer service and information to resolve any issues

• Positive, service-oriented attitude
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and sometimes high-pressure environment
• Basic computer skills, including MS Office, and excellent phone disposition
• Willingness to work independently or as part of a team
