Job summary

Juniper is seeking a Dedicated Customer Care Representative for our community office. This role supports the Customer Care team by answering questions, solving problems, providing education, and upholding the company’s reputation.

You will handle service requests, phone and email inquiries, and interactions with HOA management to ensure homeowner satisfaction and timely responses. The position offers a stable work environment in a growing landscaping company.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a customer service-related role.
• Basic landscaping industry knowledge.
• Willingness to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Review, assign, and reply to all customer service requests, and maintain the service request system.
• Field incoming phone calls and emails, and respond to customers using various forms of communication.
• Ensure Homeowner satisfaction by providing excellent customer service and information to resolve any issues.
• Communicate and meet with HOA Management and maintain a strong customer service relationship.
• Participate in weekly meetings with Juniper Account Managers and Customer Service Director.
• Assist with creating proposals.
• Maintain HOA proposal spreadsheet with updated information, as requested.
• Follow up on payments that are past due.
• Maintain inspection spreadsheet for HOA management.
• Schedule appointments with owners and Account/Irrigation Managers.
• Maintain a shared calendar of HOA replacement/enhancement schedules, as requested.
• Perform other relevant duties as assigned.
