You will handle inbound calls and emails from homeowners, tenants, Community Managers, and vendors, addressing billing, HOA rules, repairs, and other property management inquiries while keeping systems accurate and up to date. A reliable, proactive communicator is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Previous call center or customer service experience.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Motivated self-starter with strong communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and emails from homeowners, tenants, and vendors.
• Address billing, HOA rules, work orders, and inquiries with accurate information.
• Maintain up-to-date records in the computer system.
