Associa, a leading HOA management company, is seeking a Community Compliance Inspector to perform property inspections and manage violations for a portfolio in Raleigh, NC and surrounding areas. The role emphasizes accurate documentation, communication with managers, and use of tablet software.

The position is full-time with a pay rate of $17.00–$18.00 per hour, Monday–Friday, with mileage reimbursement for inspections. Candidates should have reliable transportation and a clean driving record.

Qualifications

• Written and verbal communication skills to be accurate, concise, well organized, complete, and clear.
• Reliable transportation and proof of valid insurance and registration.
• Clean driving record and a valid driver’s license.
• Willing to ask questions and seek help when needed.

Responsabilités

• Inspect property inside and outside the office and drive through communities to assess common areas.
• Investigate complaints and respond as directed.
• Note and record new violations; update status of existing violations.
• Maintain and update violations via tablet, smartphone, or computer.
• Communicate with the manager, other employees, or clients.
• Produce reports as directed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
