RealManage is seeking a field-assigned specialist in Cary, NC, to manage HOA processes and communications with residents. You will drive to properties, document code violations, and issue letters using our technology platforms.

Formación

• Experience with a community association or ACC compliance inspector.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with internal and external customers.
• Must have a reliable vehicle and clean driving record.
• Background screening and pre-employment drug screening required.
• Attend mandatory company functions and trainings.
• Ability to utilize technology; MS Office proficiency.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and provide outstanding customer service.
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions.

Responsabilidades

• Handle day-to-day tasks and communication in a fast-paced environment.
• Respond to all calls and emails within 24 hours.
• Drive property inspections and document code violations.
• Issue violation letters using technology.
• Compile violation reports for the General Manager.
• Liaise between homeowners and the ACC for architectural submissions.
• Prepare for and attend evening ACC and Compliance meetings.
• Attend evening board meetings when needed.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with residents to ensure high service levels.
• Attend monthly meetings and trainings as required.
• Conduct business with the highest standards of personal, professional, and ethical conduct.
• Analyze various situations to prevent problems and prioritize tasks.
