Job summary

Spectrum Association Management in San Antonio seeks a Compliance Driver to visit homeowner communities, inspect properties for compliance, and document non-compliant findings. The role uses a company vehicle, with mileage reimbursement if you must use a personal car.

You will de-escalate frustrated homeowners and receive training to handle issues, growing through the Spectrum AM career path with strong in-house education and development.

Qualifications

• Valid drivers license, auto insurance, and clean driving record.
• Initiative and ability to work independently.
• Must be computer literate with Word and Excel; data entry on databases and iPads.

Responsibilities

• Drive to managed communities and note non-compliant homeowners.
• Inspect homes for compliance and document findings.
• De-escalate conflicts and assist homeowners.
• Support training programs and learn governing documents of associations.
• Walk certain properties when required; mileage reimbursed for personal vehicle.
