Job summary

Spectrum Association Management, Inc. seeks a Compliance Driver to patrol HOA communities in a company vehicle and document compliance findings in Plano, TX. This full-time role requires extensive driving and accurate reporting.

You will de-escalate conflicts with homeowners, follow training to resolve issues, and contribute to service improvements. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid drivers’ license, auto insurance, and a safe driving record.
• No industry experience required, but initiative and independence are valued.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Experience entering data into databases and using iPads.

Responsibilities

• Inspect homes to check HOA compliance while driving through communities Spectrum serves.
• Use company vehicle; mileage reimbursement when using personal vehicle.
• De-escalate conflicts with frustrated homeowners and apply training to resolve issues.
• Assist with improving processes and suggesting new service applications.
• Respond to inquiries by understanding the issue, reviewing past cases, and providing clear information.
• Walk certain communities as required.
