Job summary

Spectrum Association Management, Inc. is seeking a Compliance Driver to travel to managed communities, inspect homes for compliance, and document non-compliance notes. The role operates mainly in a company vehicle, with mileage reimbursement if using a personal vehicle.

You will de-escalate conflicts with homeowners, receive training, and support a structured service process while contributing to process improvements and knowledge growth within Spectrum AM.

Qualifications

• Must be computer literate and familiar with Word and Excel.
• Know how to enter data into databases and iPads.

Responsibilities

• Improve service by recommending improved processes and identifying new product and service applications.
• Work with homeowners regarding compliance issues and resolution.
• Respond to customer inquiries by understanding the inquiry, researching, and communicating findings.
• Increase job knowledge through educational opportunities and by reviewing governing documents of each HOA.
• Some properties may require walking areas of the property.
• If vehicle provided is not available, use personal vehicle with mileage reimbursement.
• Some walking requirements for certain communities.
