Job summary

Lennar is seeking an experienced HOA Manager to lead community associations and club management with a focus on governance, budgeting, and resident relations in Orlando, Florida. You will coordinate with on-site and external vendors, manage multiple communities, and drive initiatives to improve service, compliance, and asset performance.

The role requires strong communication, budget oversight, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams to ensure adherence to company objectives.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance or related field preferred.
• Minimum three (3) years’ experience as an HOA manager, managing various communities and infrastructure.
• Proven experience coordinating staff, trade vendors, service contracts, community improvements, and managing budgets.
• Ability to communicate effectively and concisely, both verbally and in writing.
• Must have initiative and be able to achieve objectives with minimal supervision.
• Must be detail-oriented and a problem-solver.
• Strong working knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical procedures, contracts, financial reports, regulations and other documents.
• Computer literacy, including word-processing, spreadsheet analysis, project scheduling and data management software.
• Valid Driver’s License and satisfactory driving record.

Responsibilities

• Direct all interaction with customers and all on-site and off-site management companies, association managers, activities directors, gate attendants, arc boards, vendors and suppliers personnel.
• Respond to customer complaints and coordinate with Lennar's Corporate customer care department to resolve outstanding concerns.
• Facilitate specific customer care seminars for residents.
• Manage customer complaint log to ensure timely resolution within set division timelines.
• Develop and maintain an effective resident relations plan and maintain an operating environment to achieve resident satisfaction.
• Oversee coordination with appropriate homebuilding field, administration and sales associates on community needs or requests.
• Create and supervise HOA structures including master/sub associations, maintenance designations and development districts.
• Lead external management teams and consultants responsible for assets over $50M in clubs and common areas.
