Mattamy Homes is seeking an HOA Manager in Orlando, FL to act as the liaison between homeowners, Board, vendors, and municipalities across their US communities. The role involves managing budgets, bids, Board meetings, and community compliance onsite.

The candidate should have strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills, plus CMCA/CAI designation and a valid driver’s license. This is a full-time, onsite role with comprehensive benefits.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between Mattamy Homes, homeowners, subcontractors, vendors, and municipalities.
• Interact with HOA Board of Directors and homeowners across Mattamy communities in the US.
• Respond to resident concerns in a timely manner.
• Communicate with community and Board regularly.
• Monitor homeowner compliance with HOA rules.
• Solicit bids and manage vendor contracts for services.
• Monitor community financials and create budgets.
• Facilitate Board meetings and provide recommendations for community enhancements.
• Oversee turnover of control from Mattamy to each community HOA.
