Associa in Longwood, FL is seeking an experienced Senior Community Association Manager to serve as Director of Operations for our busy property management branch. The role requires strong leadership, organizational, and people-management skills to oversee branch operations and client satisfaction.

You will guide a team of Community Association Managers, drive growth, ensure high-quality service, and manage budgets and performance metrics.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience as a Community Association Manager with leadership experience.
• Active Florida LCAM license is required.
• Strong leadership and management track record driving results.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with clients and staff.
• Deep knowledge of community association management principles and governing documents.
• Proven budgeting, financial analysis, and financial results delivery.
• Experience with industry tools and property management software.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, real estate, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of Community Association Managers with guidance and development.
• Oversee day-to-day operations of the property management branch for efficiency and quality.
• Develop and execute strategic plans to drive branch growth and objectives.
• Foster a positive, collaborative work environment and continuous improvement.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and act as trusted adviser.
• Monitor budgets, financial performance, and operational metrics to meet branch targets.
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulations and best practices for compliance.
• Identify business development opportunities and participate in marketing efforts.
• Provide regular reports to senior management on branch performance and opportunities.
