Job summary

Associated Asset Management (AAM), LLC seeks an on-site Community Manager for Glennwilde HOA in Maricopa, AZ. You will apply CC&Rs knowledge and management contracts to support residents and the Board.

You will coordinate Board meetings, budgeting, vendor oversight, and enforcement of design guidelines, while maintaining quality of life. 2+ years HOA experience and a valid driver’s license are preferred.

Qualifications

• 2 years of HOA Community Manager experience including customer service, problem-solving and enforcing Governing Documents.
• Experience working with HOA's or similar governing documents is required.
• Valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Manage association business with the Board to maintain property values and resident relations.
• Develop strong working relationships with board members and owners.
• Recommend and implement procedures to ensure compliance with laws and disclosures.
• Conduct community tours, track non-compliance, and manage notices and fines.
• Oversee design review processes and communicate with owners on compliance matters.
• Plan and support Board and annual meetings, prepare board packages and notices.
• Review monthly financials, manage accounts payable, and assist with budgeting.
• Secure bids, review contracts, and ensure contract terms and insurance compliance.
• Maintain action items, prepare weekly manager reports and association newsletters.
• Coordinate landscape inspections with vendors and address concerns timely.
