Job summary

Fairgrove Property Management is seeking a Community Association Manager to oversee daily operations of assigned HOA and condo communities in Southern California. The role involves collaborating with boards, homeowners, and vendors to ensure smooth operations and compliance with community rules.

Responsibilities include budgeting, financial reporting, vendor coordination, and facilitating Board meetings both onsite and online.

Qualifications

• HOA/community association knowledge is a plus.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Organized and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Strong problem‑solving skills.
• Comfortable with homeowners, Board members, vendors, and contractors.
• Knowledge of California HOA/community association requirements is a plus.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office and property management software.
• Ability to attend occasional evening Board or community meetings.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day‑to‑day operations of assigned communities.
• Serve as the main point of contact for the Board of Directors and homeowners.
• Prepare and manage annual budgets and financial reports.
• Review invoices and monitor expenses.
• Coordinate vendors and contractors for repairs, maintenance, and other services.
• Respond to homeowner questions, concerns, and complaints.
• Enforce community rules, regulations, and policies.
• Schedule and coordinate Board and community meetings, both onsite and virtually.
• Maintain accurate records and communicate updates to the Board, homeowners, vendors, and internal teams.
