Job summary

Associated Asset Management (AAM) seeks a dedicated Community Manager to oversee HOA communities and deliver exceptional service. You will interpret CC&Rs, manage contracts, prepare budgets, and present monthly financials to Boards and residents, ensuring compliance and transparent reporting.

Ideal candidates bring strong communication, organization, and the ability to lead multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, including evening/weekend meetings, vendor coordination, and policy

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of CC&Rs, bylaws, rules and regs.
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret governing documents (CC&Rs, Bylaws, Rules).
• Interact with homeowners, vendors and service providers to maintain high service levels.
• Prepare communications via newsletters and emails.
• Prepare bid specs and coordinate with vendors.
• Develop budgets and present monthly financials to Boards.
• Lead Board meetings and staff training as required.
