Job summary

At EJF Real Estate Services, Inc., a Baltimore-area property management leader, we are seeking a Community Manager to create welcoming environments at our residential properties. You will coordinate resident communications, events, and daily operations to uphold a high standard of community living.

As primary liaison for residents and vendors, you’ll support governance tasks, assist in budgeting, and supervise maintenance staff, ensuring compliance and timely follow-ups.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in residential property management.
• On-site management experience preferred.
• Familiarity with governance and resident relations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for residents and guests.
• Coordinate day-to-day property operations and events.
• Support Board governance with minutes and records.
• Monitor compliance with community rules and legal requirements.
• Assist in budgeting and financial reporting for the property.
• Oversee maintenance staff and vendor coordination.
