Job summary

EJF Real Estate Services is seeking an Onsite Property Manager in the Washington, DC area. You will oversee day-to-day operations, coordinate resident communications and events, support compliance initiatives, and assist the Board with administrative oversight at a residential property.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, at least 3 years in residential property management, bilingual Spanish, and are able to work full-time onsite with some evening or weekend commitments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Bilingual in Spanish.
• Full-time onsite availability with occasional evenings/weekends.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to conduct property walkthroughs and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Minimum 3 years in residential property management.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the property’s primary point of contact for residents and guests.
• Coordinate resident communications and plan community events.
• Assist Board members with record keeping and administrative oversight.
• Monitor building operations and vendor performance.
• Ensure compliance with policies, laws, and governance documents.
• Maintain property records and prepare resident reports.
