Qualifications

• Must be over 18 years old and pass background check and drug screening.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous housekeeping or custodial experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of cleaning products, techniques and equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily cleaning and upkeep of common areas (lobbies, restrooms, fitness centers, and shared spaces).
• Dust, vacuum, mop, and sanitize surfaces to maintain cleanliness.
• Respond to housekeeping requests from residents, guests, or management.
• Restock supplies in restrooms and designated areas.
• Collect and dispose of trash and recyclables following sustainability practices.
• Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to supervisor or manager.
• Follow cleaning protocols and safety guidelines to meet standards.
• Maintain and organize cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Assist with deep cleaning or event preparation as needed.
• Exhibit professional and courteous demeanor with residents, guests, and staff.
