Job summary

Allied Residential is seeking a Housekeeper to maintain the cleanliness of community spaces, offices, cabanas, and restrooms in our properties. You will work under the Community Manager or Maintenance Supervisor to ensure move-in ready units and a welcoming environment for residents.

You may also support groundskeeping and maintenance tasks, contributing to a collaborative maintenance team and a high standard of presentation, safety, and hospitality across the property.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1–3 months of related experience or training.
• Ability to read, write, and comprehend basic instructions and correspondence.
• Basic math skills: add, subtract, multiply, and divide.
• Strong professionalism, dependability, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a team and adapt to changing priorities.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, lift up to 50 pounds, and work in varied weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the cleanliness of all common areas, including offices, cabanas, restrooms, hallways, and other shared spaces.
• Receive and complete work orders for vacant units requiring cleaning, ensuring units are move-in ready.
• Notify the Community Manager of units prepared for occupancy.
• Monitor and inventory cleaning supplies, restocking as necessary to ensure readiness for tasks.
• Support groundskeeping and maintenance efforts as needed to maintain overall property appearance and function.
• Participate in periodic staff meetings to enhance service quality and operational efficiency.
• Adhere to safety procedures and promote a clean, secure environment for residents, staff, and visitors.
