Job summary

BH Management, LLC is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to maintain the cleanliness of common interior/amenity areas across the property. You will support the Maintenance team, follow schedules, and assist with making ready vacant units, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for residents.

The role requires experience in residential housekeeping, basic maintenance knowledge, and the ability to handle physical tasks such as lifting and moving supplies.

Qualifications

• Experience in residential housekeeping and janitorial tasks.
• Familiar with interior maintenance basics.
• Basic computer skills to perform job functions.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize common/amenity areas, office, clubhouse, models, and laundry rooms.
• Follow maintenance schedules and coordinate with Maintenance Supervisor.
• Prioritize work orders with Maintenance Supervisor each day.
• Assist with make-ready of vacant apartments and manage supplies.
