Job summary

Folio Association Management seeks an Accounting Analyst to oversee the financial operations of multiple HOAs, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and transparency. You will prepare financial statements, reconcile accounts, manage budgets, analyze performance, and provide timely reporting to Boards.

You will coordinate audits and tax filings, develop budgets and forecasts, and serve as the primary financial contact for assigned communities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field required.
• GAAP knowledge and financial reporting experience.
• Experience with HOA accounting software, especially CINC.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with Boards and staff.
• Ability to manage multiple communities and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Review journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reports.
• Prepare monthly financial statements for each community.
• Coordinate audits and tax filings with CPA and external auditors.
• Present financial information and recommendations to Boards.
• Develop budgets and forecasts for assigned associations.
• Reconcile bank accounts and manage disbursements.
• Maintain documentation to support audits and tax returns.
• Serve as primary financial contact for HOA communities.
