Job summary

The Seattle Housing Authority in Seattle, WA is seeking an HMS Warehouse Associate to support inventory control, records management, and efficient material flow across multiple locations.

You will operate forklift and related equipment, maintain stock levels, and assist remote staff field requests while ensuring safety and orderly storage.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent education is required.
• Driver’s license with a fully insurable driving record is required.
• One year warehousing experience is preferred.
• One year delivery driving experience is preferred.
• One year forklift experience is preferred.
• One year experience with using Warehouse Management Software is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage, track, and maintain inventory stock levels, including ordering, receiving, shipping, unpacking, pricing, and storing goods and supplies.
• Receive, verify, inspect, and distribute goods and equipment to appropriate warehouses and satellite locations.
• Assemble job materials for remote staff field requests.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness by organizing and consolidating products.
• Operate warehouse equipment and machinery (forklift, pallet jack, barrel dolly, etc.) to move, prepare, and distribute materials.

The ideal candidate will have:

• High School diploma or equivalent education.
