We are seeking a Warehouse Operator 2 to join our warehousing team at Rainier School in Buckley, Washington. This position serves within the Consolidated Business Services (CBS) Region 2 within the Finance, Technology, and Analytics Administration (FTAA).
This position supports daily warehouse operations by receiving, verifying, storing, and distributing products and supplies throughout the facility. You’ll maintain organized and properly stocked warehouse areas, support inventory activities, and use inventory management systems to issue, receive, and maintain accurate inventory records.
You’ll work with vendors and staff to resolve delivery, inventory, and customer service issues while helping ensure goods and supplies are available and distributed efficiently to support residents, staff, and facility operations.
Please note: The position is 100% onsite, Monday through Friday.
Pierce County employees are eligible to receive an Orca Card for transportation needs. Opportunities performed on-site at this work location at least three days a week may be eligible for an additional 5% premium pay in addition to the advertised salary.
Professionals with a high school graduation or GED and physical ability to do required work and one year of clerical or technical experience in retail clerking, warehousing, stockkeeping, shipping, or receiving and operation of material handling equipment.
