Champlain Valley Office of Economic Opportunity (CVOEO) is seeking an Administrative Specialist for the Coordinated Entry program. This hybrid role involves four days in the office and one day remote, serving as the liaison to community partners in a multi‑agency intake, assessment, prioritization and referral system for housing crises in Chittenden County.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and 2 years of relevant experience.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to relate to others in a confidential, respectful manner.

Responsibilities

• Improve processes to enhance efficiency and service quality.
• Perform data entry and manage system records accurately.
• Provide support and troubleshooting to community partners.
