Essential duties include maintaining HMDA knowledge, completing HMDA questionnaires, inspecting HMDA fields, and reporting non-compliance.

Qualifications

Broad knowledge of fields such as accounting, marketing, business administration, finance.
Equivalent to a four year college degree, plus 4 years related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination.

Responsibilities

Maintains knowledge of HMDA requirements and bank lending practices to perform accurate loan analysis.
Ensures HMDA Questionnaire is completed within LOS accurately.
Inspects all HMDA-related fields in LOS for completion and accuracy.
Reports issues of HMDA non-compliance.
Collaborates to update HMDA policies and procedures.
Reviews loan application data and credit files for HMDA reporting accuracy.
Analyzes loan applications and underwriting documents for HMDA reporting decisions.
Coordinates with departments to resolve data inconsistencies and improve HMDA reporting.
Completes required BSA/AML and other compliance trainings.
