• Monitor loan payoffs and perform related calculations (daily, ~15%).
• Assist with credit verifications processing (daily, ~10%).
• Answer incoming calls related to loan servicing (daily, ~25%).
• Reconcile loan participation and conduct audits (monthly, ~10%).
• Complete required BSA/AML and compliance training (annually, ~5%).
• Maintain alertness and safe working practices in the office environment.
• Perform additional related duties as assigned.
