Job summary

CEN is seeking a Loan Servicing HMDA Specialist II to review loan data in the LOS for HMDA reportability and ensure correct HMDA actions are taken. You will prepare HMDA data for the Loan Application Registry (LAR) and work with multiple departments to resolve data issues, supporting compliant reporting.

Ideal candidates will have a four-year degree, at least four years of related experience, and a solid understanding of HMDA requirements and LOS processes.

Qualifications

• Four-year college degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum four years of related experience and/or training.
• Knowledge of HMDA reporting and LOS procedures is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Reviews HMDA data in LOS for accuracy and completeness.
• Verifies HMDA reporting actions and registers data in LAR.
• Collates data from multiple departments to resolve HMDA reporting discrepancies.
• Maintains up-to-date knowledge of HMDA requirements and banking policies.
• Participates in HMDA policy updates and audits as required.
• Completes required compliance training including BSA/AML.
