Job summary

Venice Family Clinic is seeking a Program Supervisor - HIV Services to lead the enterprise HIV programs and supervise the HIV Care Team in the Common Ground Department. You will oversee case management, benefits coordination, and related services to ensure compliance and quality while collaborating with clinical teams.

The role emphasizes data accuracy, reporting, CQI initiatives, and engagement with internal and external stakeholders to align with organizational goals and the National HIV/AIDS

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Public Health, or related field.
  • 2–3 years of supervisory experience overseeing staff.
  • 5 years of relevant experience in HIV case management or related client services.
  • Experience with grant- or contract-funded programs, monitoring deliverables and budgets.
  • Proficiency in data systems and EHR, data quality, and reporting.
  • Ability to work effectively across departments.
  • Knowledge of federal, state, and local funding regulations.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience supporting CQI initiatives.
  • Ability to identify challenges and streamline workflows.

Responsibilities

  • Provides operational oversight, program leadership, and subject matter expertise for the enterprise HIV programs.
  • Directly supervises HIV Care Team staff.
  • Manages end-to-end delivery of HIV case management, care navigation, and benefits coordination.
  • Oversees program processes, monitors contract and grant deliverables, manages budgets, and implements program policies.
  • Collaborates with clinical teams to ensure integrated, client-centered service delivery.
  • Drives data quality, reporting, CQI, staff training, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Represents the program in meetings and aligns with National HIV/AIDS Strategy.
