Job summary

Venice Family Clinic in Venice, CA seeks a Program Supervisor - HIV Services to lead enterprise HIV programs, supervise the HIV Care Team, and ensure compliant, high-quality client services.

You will oversee end-to-end case management, care navigation, and benefits coordination, collaborate with clinical teams, and drive data quality and QA across grants and contracts.

The role supports SB 525 compliance and aligns with the organization’s mission to deliver accessible care.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provides operational oversight, program leadership, and subject matter expertise for enterprise HIV programs.
• Directly supervises HIV Care Team staff.
• Manages the end-to-end delivery of HIV case management, care navigation, and benefits coordination services, ensuring compliance with federal, county, and other funding requirements.
• Oversees program processes, monitoring contract and grant deliverables, managing budgets, and implementing program policies and workflows.
• Collaborates with clinical teams to ensure integrated, client-centered service delivery.
• Acts as a co-evaluator for staff, providing performance feedback, guidance, and mentorship.
• Drives data quality, reporting, and continuous quality improvement activities, develops staff training, and represents the program in stakeholder meetings and consortia.
