Job summary

Penn Medicine is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to lead the Support Services Team serving individuals living with HIV. The role includes clinical guidance, program development, and administrative oversight to ensure high-quality care and compliance with grants and regulatory standards.

The position involves a limited direct service caseload, collaboration with Senior Practice Manager, and ongoing professional development for staff to enhance patient-centered outcomes.

Qualifications

• Requires Master’s level degree in a health or social service field.
• Demonstrated leadership and supervision experience in a clinical or community setting.
• Knowledge of HIV care coordination and supportive services is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides clinical and administrative oversight to the Support Services Team, coordinating daily departmental operations.
• Maintains a limited caseload, providing direct case management, care coordination, and patient advocacy as appropriate.
• Assists in development and expansion of support service programs to improve health outcomes for individuals living with HIV.
• Provides ongoing coaching, supervision and professional development to promote staff growth and ensure adherence to program standards.
• Leads supervision meetings to establish standard work, monitor performance metrics, and foster continuous improvement.
• Oversees grant-funded programs, ensuring compliance with requirements and reporting obligations.
• Develops and maintains reports and program updates.

Education

Master of Arts or Science (Required)

Education Specialization: Social Work or related healthcare field
