Job summary

Cobb and Douglas Public Health in Marietta, GA seeks an SS Program Coordinator 2 – EHE Linkage Coordinator to promote and protect the health and safety of county residents. Under supervision, you will navigate HIV testing, linkage to care, retention, and re-engagement in medical care and support services, including outreach in the community.

Responsibilities include implementing ARTAS for newly diagnosed individuals, coordinating referrals and follow-up for HIV care and related services, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field with two years of job-related experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of HIV/AIDS care processes and Ryan White eligibility.
• Valid Georgia Driver’s license with good driving history.

Responsibilities

• Implement ARTAS strategy for individuals newly diagnosed with HIV or lost to care.
• Coordinate timely linkage, referrals, and follow-up for HIV care and related services.
• Promote routine HIV testing and other prevention/testing strategies in healthcare and community settings.
