Job summary

Ryan Health seeks a dedicated professional to promote HIV services and support access to care. You will perform rapid HIV POC testing, facilitate immediate ART initiation, and coordinate PrEP/PEP referrals for newly diagnosed individuals.

You will also manage LAI service coordination, assist with linkage to care, and educate patients and community members on available HIV resources at the Center.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• HIV Counseling and Testing certification.
• NYS Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Conduct POC HIV testing using available methods.
• Linkage to care for HIV-positive individuals and PrEP/PEP referrals.
• Coordinate Long-Acting Injectable (LAI) services with clinics, pharmacies, and insurers.
• Educate community members about Ryan Health HIV and PrEP/PEP services.
• Provide navigation to Primary Care, Medication Adherence, and other services.
