• Lead annual ACA enrollment activities and maintain knowledge through CAC training and conferences.
• Educate and train case management and housing staff on benefit and insurance issues.
• Assist uninsured patients with enrollment in Medicaid, SSI, SSDI, and Marketplace plans.
