Job summary

The Wright Center for Community Health is seeking a Manager of HIV Care Continuum to oversee the coordination and delivery of medical and social support services for people living with HIV/AIDS. You will supervise HIV Medical Case Managers and Prison Linkage Case Managers and drive program quality and compliance.

This role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and collaboration with local partners to enhance patient access and outcomes within the Ryan White framework.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, sociology, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Master’s degree preferred with relevant experience.
• Strong leadership and multi-disciplinary supervision experience.
• Experience with Ryan White Part B services and compliance is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, direct, and manage HIV care continuum case managers and prison linkage staff.
• Lead monthly staff supervision, training, and quality improvement initiatives.
• Oversee referrals, invoicing reports, and budgeting activities.
• Develop and implement workplans, SOPs, and program strategies.
• Collaborate with community organizations and housing case managers to improve access to services.
• Foster cultural competence and engage diverse patient populations.
