Job summary

The Wright Center for Community Health is seeking a Manager of HIV Care Continuum to oversee the coordination and delivery of comprehensive medical and social support for people living with HIV/AIDS (PLWHA) within the Ryan White Clinic. This role reports to the RW Grants Administrator and Program Director and supervises HIV Medical Case Managers and Prison Linkage Case Managers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, sociology, or related field, or combination of education and experience.
• Master’s degree preferred and two years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee coordination, directing, and managing HIV care continuum staff.
• Lead quality improvement initiatives and staff supervision.
• Oversee monthly invoicing, PTO and mileage reimbursements, and budget oversight.
• Develop Ryan White Part B workplan with clear goals, activities, outcomes, and timelines.
• Foster partnerships with local community organizations and healthcare providers.
• Ensure culturally competent service delivery and continuous staff development.
