• Supports medical staff with timely, accurate information to address client needs.
• Acts as liaison and patient advocate to reduce conflicts and address stated and unstated needs.
• Maintains HIV-related medical knowledge and collaborates with healthcare teams.
• Represents client advocacy in case conferencing and supports patient group sessions.
