As part of our growth journey, Persistent Systems is looking for an experienced sales leader to join our Integrated Hitech BU focusing on mid-large cap Software Vendors (ISV) & High Tech product companies for new logo acquisition and large deals. This role will require collaborating closely with leaders of BU Leaders, Consulting, Services lines and Pre-Sales to develop the target market and accounts in US and aggressively pursue new account opening and large deals.
New Logo Acquisition & Large Deals: Own the full sales cycle from business development, cold outreach, stakeholder mapping, qualifying opportunities, coaching the content and solution leads for proposals and presentations, collaborating with external partner ecosystem, closing & final contract signing, and enabling Delivery for execution & transitioning relationship to Client Partner. You will own the strategy and sales motions to expand Persistent market share in target market resulting by building a sales pipeline of qualified deals and leading to new client acquisition and large deals closure.
Deal Structuring: Lead the thinking and collaborate with contributors to develop opportunities & sales funnel, custom solutioning, proposition and financial construct to differentiate and win in select accounts. You will translate complex tech ideas into compelling business value.
Executive Engagement: Pitch to C-level executives (CEOs, CIOs, CTOs, and key decision makers), position Persistent offerings and capabilities in the context of client needs and requirements, and lead with consultative and solution selling approach.
Quota Achievement: Meet or exceed annual multi-million dollar ACV, revenue, and large deals goals.
Team Collaboration: Work with pre-sales, consulting and technical teams to design winning solutions.
Partner with sales and channel organizations of software vendor(s) / Persistent Systems partners driving joint demand generation and jointly closing license and services revenue.
