Formación

• Basic knowledge of general maintenance and building repair.
• Ability to operate common hand and power tools.

Responsabilidades

• Repair, maintain, and clean grounds and buildings.
• Operate lawn maintenance equipment and vehicles.
• Perform masonry, carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, painting repairs as needed.
• Prepare safety and other administrative reports.
• Perform janitorial and related duties.
• Occasional after-hours and weekend work.
